Terms Conditions and Data privacy:

Please note:

* Please feel free to ask me questions about any aspect of the shamanic healing process. 

* You need to be willing to discuss what troubles you may be having and be open to the healing changes that may arrive in your life as a result of the shamanic healing session(s) 

* It is possible that this work may arouse intense emotions, and/or alter current close and/or intimate relationships, you are welcome to cry, shake, tremble or ‘discharge’ these feelings in any way you wish during or after the healing.

* I am required by law to disclose information pertaining to suspected child abuse; inability to care for one’s basic needs for food, clothing or shelter; and threatened harm to oneself or others. 

 * All visits are by appointment. Please arrive on time, as you use up your own time if you arrive late for an appointment. The typical length of a session is 1 to 1 ½ hours depending on the healing required.

 * It is important that you inform me if you need to cancel your appointment, and my request is that where possible you inform me of the need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, later cancelation may incur the charge. Please ring or text 07745899462 or email joanna@shamanicsanctuary.co.uk.

* If you are under the care of a therapist I may need to contact them to work with you

 

Data Consent 

I understand that Joanna Gore would like to collect personal data from me as part of a therapeutic consultation/session.

I agree to the collecting and storing of this data by my practitioner for the purposes of therapeutic sessions.

I understand that I have the right to see my records.
I understand that these records will be stored on paper and in a protected digital file and that government guidance for health records is to keep them for 8 years.

I understand I have the right to ask for records to be deleted.

I give permission for Joanna Gore to contact me via email and telephone.
